Introduction – What Is Engaging Narratives ?

In a world that is flooded with written content on every social handle and websites from brands, Standing out doesn’t seem easy and it is actually not unless of course you have a narrative to tell. Brands are made upon stories and what they wanna do for the world, what they wanna do is increase their number on the revenue sheet but a narrative helps them doing that.

But How Does It Actually Works ?

You provide value to people, You write about content people are searching for, You write about content that has already been written but in a much better manner and then you find a place for your content to sit online. You find people who actually wanna listen to your stories.

Let’s Take An Example

You are a brand which sells watches and you have optimized everything accordingly, your SEO is fine, your website is smooth and you have your social media game strong and now what you need is to tell stories, stories about people who are your customer, maybe someone who knows the value of time and found your watch to be the one which seems the most valuable for him or a story which tickles down to one minute of a person who just proposed to her long time crush and is now looking at the watch and every second seems like a year. Stories connect people, you don't just sell the product, you tell what the person can be through the product and that is engaging narrative.

What I aim to achieve ?

At the time of writing this, I’ve written Guest Posts for the brands I work for in my company, I think every brand needs to have a story linked to it and every post of theirs should sparkle the same and I love reading them and writing them, although i don’t it as my main job, I might pursue it in future because one thing I’m sure, you can throw me in solidarity with just unlimited supply of pen and paper and I’ll be fine.
