Documenting Digital Growth - A Journey Through SEO, Social Media & Storytelling."
If you have ever thought of what meta actually is, you can think about this blog. The reason why this blog exits is because I’ve done PDF submission on multiple website and I want them to get indexed which isn’t possible without Google finding them and that isn’t possible until any of the admin for some reason make those link index so Fine, I’ll do it myself. I thought I’ll talk about link building after making the page last week but that actually requires actual link building and at least a month of quality backlinks to track the difference. This can be considered the first unoffical part of the same.
Google isn’t an actual person, it’s just bots and it is trying to find relation between stuff and one of the way it does that is by links. With it’s software getting more advanced, it can find even find the name without the said backlinks because it’s not like your link your name will appear everywhere with your links attached so we have to ensure that we make stuff that people wanna see and attach our name with it so overtime, we built enough rapport with our users so when we make product or services they might find useful, they buy the same making it the win-win situation for both the parties.
PDF is one such way to showcase your understanding about a topic, you can write a blog and then make pdf for the same, I just used my own off page seo prompts which scans the blog or page content and then give you then slide caption and description along with each slide content for your convienience. For this scenario, I used my blog where I talked about the fact when Psyden Crafts Got a new home.
This might just be true for every website you have ever worked upon for making a backlinks but the first thing thing you check is whether your content will actually get indexed or not but honestly, I’ve seen content getting indexed on site which I never though was possible and I’ve seen content getting ignored where every piece of meta was right for SERP. The best thing you can do here is simply attach a piece of content which can get indexed but isn’t to a relevant, contextually correct and indexed content, that’s it and that is the aim for this blog.
Again I’m getting ahead of myself so let’s focus on the second part which is simply finding DA of the website which you can find with muliple extension or just searching for a tool on Google, I might create my own someday but till then, let’s just ask our lord and saviour for help.
This is what caught my eyes even though it’s not ranking number one and checking muliple URL and that is what we need so let’s just check the DA/PA and other stats of the sites we found which I’ll add onto tools section.
| Domain/URL | DA▲▼ | PA▲▼ | SS▲▼ |
|---|---|---|---|
| scribd.com | 94 | 74 | 3 |
| slideshare.net | 94 | 75 | 2 |
| slideserve.com | 71 | 62 | 1 |
| jumpshare.com | 78 | 58 | 10 |
| mediafire.com | 95 | 75 | 3 |
| 4shared.com | 94 | 74 | 5 |
| issuu.com | 94 | 83 | 2 |
| sendspace.com | 93 | 65 | 19 |
| depositfiles.com | 92 | 67 | 16 |
Think of them as authority, basically how much power a websites hold onto world wide web and the only thing you have to ensure here is having backlink of your website on a site with higher DA/PA than yours and less spam score. Although it won’t matter if that file never gets indexed but you should still aim for that.
Now the next thing after all this would be to publish this blog and wait for it to get indexed, the next wait would be for Google to check the links given in the blog and maybe index any of the embed files given in the blog thus increasing our authority evn by a marginal point and getting cited in more than one platform. That’s it from my side & see you guys in the next one.
